About The House
Unwind at this stunning beachside cottage, just a few minutes away from the main airport of Athens. The house was lovingly built with a wooden roof, giving a sense of village atmosphere. Enjoy the sea views and the sound of waves from the brand new attic. Take advantage of the unique location which gives ease of access to the unspoiled beach with fine white sand and crystal clear water. Although shops and restaurants are walking distance away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

A spacious 20 sqm room with air conditioning, one double bed (160×200 cm, medium hardness mattress, 2 strong & 2 soft pillows, cotton bed sheets, piqué blanket), a closet with hanging area, 3 drawers & 4 shelves. 43" LED FHD TV with Netflix and local channels. One armchair that converts to a single bed. Large window with sea views, sound of waves, and fresh air circulation (curtains available). Side bed light included.
Attic Bathroom:Spacious 4.5 sqm bathroom with WC, sink & shower. Two large windows for fresh air and natural light.

Room with 2 single beds (90×200 cm) that can be connected to a queen-size double bed upon request. Closet with hanging area, 3 drawers & 4 shelves. Ceiling fan. 32" LED FHD TV with Netflix. Large window with fresh air circulation (blackout curtains available).
2nd Bathroom:Full bathroom with WC, sink & shower.

Big open-space living room with air conditioning and a built-in sofa that doubles as a single bed for 1 adult and 1 child. Dining table for 4 persons. 50" LED FHD TV with Netflix. Two large windows with blackout curtains. A big fireplace — perfect for cozy winter evenings.
🍳 Kitchen
Fully functional open-space kitchen with oven and ceramic hobs, absorber, big-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, hot water kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. Fully equipped with cutlery, plates, water and wine glasses, pots, pans, frying pans, baking sheets, and all cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper).

A beautiful picturesque terrace with an outdoor dining table — perfect for al fresco meals with sea breeze. Outdoor furniture and outdoor shower available.

Pack 'n play / travel crib available upon request (with sheets). Standalone high chair with straps and food tray. Baby bath and changing table available on request. Children's books and toys (ages 0–5), children's dinnerware, window guards, and baby safety gates.
